Vegan jello, fresh cut fruit, AND Apple & Eve Organics? Dessert doesn’t get better than this!
- 2 cups Apple & Eve Organics Fruit Punch
- 1/2 tsp agar gelatin
- Strawberries, cut in quarters
- Peaches, sliced
- Coconut whipped cream or yogurt
- Pour juice and agar into a medium-sized saucepan and stir.
- Turn on heat to medium and stir frequently with a whisk.
- When the mixture begins to boil, turn the heat down and let it boil slowly for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Pour the jello mixture into individual serving glasses.
- Once cooled and beginning to thicken, add cut fruit.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.
- Top with a spoonful of coconut whipped cream or coconut yogurt.
