Mornings can be hectic but you can’t forget breakfast! Prepare wholesome overnight oats in the evening and top with seasonal fruits for a delicious start to tomorrow.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Apple & Eve Apple Juice
- 3 tbs chia seeds
- Vanilla yogurt
- Combine a third of the rolled oats, milk, juice, chia seeds and a heaping spoonful of yogurt in each jar. Keep the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- After waiting, check the consistency and add milk to thin out if desired.
- Prepare the fruit and add to each jar to top off your overnight oats.
