Ingredients:
2 carrots with fronds left on
½ inch of ginger with skin on
½ cup of frozen mango
½ cup plain full fat yogurt
½ cup of ice
1 cup of Apple & Eve Organic Tropical Punch
Instructions:
Wash the carrots and ginger thoroughly and chop roughly.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
