Looking to cut down on food waste? Smoothies are a great way to use every part of your fruits and veggies! We included carrot greens in our “Root to Stem” smoothie.
- 2 carrots with fronds left on
- ½ inch of ginger with skin on
- ½ cup of frozen mango
- ½ cup plain full fat yogurt
- ½ cup of ice
- 1 cup of Apple & Eve Organic Tropical Punch
- Wash the carrots and ginger thoroughly and chop roughly.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Serve in two glasses.
