- ½ ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- ¼ cup frozen kiwi
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple
- ¼ cup Apple & Eve 100% Apple Juice
- Toppings:
- Sliced bananas
- Sliced kiwis
- Handful of blueberries
- Shredded coconut
- Chia seeds
- Honey
Instructions:
- In a blender, add ingredients and blend on low speed until the mixture is thick and creamy. Add toppings.
