Overview:
Apple & Eve is looking for an Area sales Manager for Metro New York. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing the business in a given territory in the New York Metro Area to help in achieving the greater market goals. The Area Manager is the ambassador for the brand to our distributor. This role reports to the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop territory business to obtain all sales goals.
- Build Relationships with all distributor personnel that ensure implementation of programs and promotional activities.
- Conduct trade route rides with territory route owners and sales personnel to develop business and assess future opportunities in trade.
- Merchandise and maintain current business by utilizing point of sale and merchandising racks.
- Track distribution in the market and gather competitive information.
- Provide supervisor with key competitive data and information on a daily basis.
- Ensure that Apple & Eve’s quality standards are being upheld in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Some College required or equivalent business experience
- 1 Year of sales experience within a closely related field, preferably in Beverages
- Prior experience in working with Bottlers/Distributors – preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy to include: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Travel (Auto) required.
- Some physical activity required (retail merchandising and equipment placement)
- Valid driver’s License

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Software Engineer consultant – Python Engineer consultant
We are looking for a Software Engineer consultant to join our Port Washington, NY office with the skills to build front-end applications as well as work with the back-end functionality.
Requirements:
- BS or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Python and Django is a MUST!
- Experience with multiple languages like Java, Ruby, Perl, or PHP are a plus
- Experience with Apache and MySQL is a MUST!
- Experience with Linux.
- Must have experience working with data modeling and back-end functionality
- Experience building scalable web applications; strong architecture and implementation skills
- Strong Math skills required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create and deploy new features for our online software, focusing on the user experience
- Significant amount of work on back-end functionality to cater to the user experience
